So ive got two autos im spraying with store bought cs. Are the seeds produced by self pollination on the sprayed plants as good as pollinating a separate unsprayed female?

Probably? Would depend on how many times that had been done in her past. More X selfed, more possibility for anomalies to show up. Chances are she's bred male female in the past, up till needing to be feminized. So... probably.

A lot of people prefer to “self” a female in order to keep pheno variations out of the mix.

Thanks for the replies. Will be crossing them with seperate fems as well as selfing so will see what happens.
