Just been reading around and had a stumble in thought process. I can not find information regarding this specific.

If one was to have two different f1 crosses, would the pheno diversity in later progeny be increased while holding the same 25% autoflower expectancy in their offspring?

Example:
AutoflowerPortals f1 "Fairy's Breath"
X
Terrestrial Bean Co. f1 "Triangle Dragon"

Makes a 25% auto chance as if it were a f2 generation?

Are each of the two different F1 crosses between an Auto and a Reg? If so, then you are correct.
Each F1 would have the auto recessive plus the reg dominant, and be reg (but prob fast flowering).
Whereas the F2 combination would have 25% pure reg, 50% reg-auto (reg, but fast), and 25% pure auto.
And the F2 would be very diverse, and thus hard to stabilize.
