So it must be the actual poles that get that 3 months of dark?
And what’s the mash on the brew? You a hops man? Box of oranges too, secret weapon?
poles be the darkest of course, I think Barrow, renamed native, Utqiaguvik, is completely dark for about a month.
Brew is apple jack, wine:
4 gal apple juice
1 gal water
2lbs sugar
1 cup lemon juice
2 pks wine yeast

Box is just a box, no oranges, but they would be good in brew, yeast really likes citric acid
