Here we go again!!

Naah, that was earlier, things have moved on since then.

The thought that crossed my mind recently is more to do with the skiing in Morocco. If you went up to the top of one of the mountains and smoked a fat one, would you get higher because you were, erm, higher up? You know, lower oxygen levels and all that.
