@Mike20132 Depends on the thickness of cut a inch and a half cut and cooked to 135 and well rested would be great. At home I generally cut thinner 1/2 inch cutlets Cheers

Yes it's been to long of a day. Now after getting back the daughter just comes and tells me the bracket on her braces just broke so might have to do this trip all over again. Urrrgh

I still have like 3 pages until I am caught up. But I remember seeing a YouTube video and a growing using aerogardens had this system that held reserve water. I will try to find it. If you don't already have a solution.

I think i'll try it just because it looks like an office water cooler.

If all goes according to plan, I'll be chopping down the Speed Bud this weekend. I had planned to celebrate the moment with a very nice meal.... The moment being the completion of a grow without a moment where I was certain all was lost, where I was willing to do some experimenting that payed off. One step closer to becoming a competent grower.... Maybe I can get a half-tenderloin and make a scaled down version of Wellington....

Or, and much closer to reality, i'll just roast the tenderloin with some veggies and call it a day....
