I start my plants in solo cups as you can see . The seed is planted in the solo and then directly to it's forever home . For the life of me I can't even remember why I do this ?? I need a wake up call ?? :shrug: @stepside got me on this but he's not here to tell me why . :bow:

@9bear Congrats brother!! And to let you know I don't really like rare meat except Kobe beef, I would never think of cooking a Colorado lamb rack anything less or more than Medium. Same with duck
I hear the Japanese pay BIG $$$$ for Kobe beef and has to be perfectly marbled . :thumbsup:

When I was travelling I used to be able to buy my beef right off the farm right to the butcher store . The beef was always grass raised by the Mennonites near Kitchener Ontario . Miss those days . :shrug:
