what kind of dose are you recommending?... 5ml per dosing?... I guess I need directed to link on how to make etc..I have about 2 lbs of trim mix of popcorn, fluff and sugar leaf trim.

Seeing as you have so much sugar shake and underformed buds available i would add extr weed into each batch to ensure maximum infusion. If you hold it up to the light and see many floating particles after the process then you have went beyond maximum saturation and you are full power(to the effect of the strain you used)

Yes like @Mike20132 there is lots of factors to consider. Some varieties you might not have a great time on high dose(3ml or higher). Lots of mixed effects in each plant/strain and you really need to make some and try a batch out. Check the tincture thread out. Ive went right into my experiences there.
Patient weight, tolerance(to some degree) all play a part in how much you need to be where you want to go with tincture.
