I imagine use of river water is "grandfathered" into a patch of ground. Newbies to the scene probably don't get much.
I hadn't thought of it but it wouldn't be surprising to hear that canna growing could be dangerous around there if you stepped on someones toe:amazon:
 
I’m certainly no expert (but with the amount of problems in My grows I might be soon enough) it’s definately showing a potassium deficiency lower down......
Maybe a couple of better photos and a bit more info might help a better diagnosis? Hope you get it sorted.

Yep i defo think ive locked it out somewhere, somehow, lol!
Theres two distinct phenos here and the slower flowering ones seem to be the most affected by it!?

yeah, you got bale of high grade indica!
My tendency is to plant what does good here, about 3 strains:crying:
so I try to get what I need and have space for new adventures
