My brother went a little over extravagant for the old B-day coming up and went and got me a little drone to play with. Amazing the tech going into small flight craft these days. I remember a while back fighting with radio controlled helicopters trying to get into that hobby, and how difficult it was to hover and keep them stable. Now with the motion sensors and computing tech the things practically fly themselves. Don't get me wrong...I'd still love the challenge of flying a nice RC heli, but all the tech sure does make it easier to get flying. :cools:

Happy Pre-lated BD! ;-p

I think I recognize one of those fields....

RC was young and so were we...our gas and balsa kits got so banged up that we collaboratively filled one with firecrackers and set if on its last journey. I remember the smell of exhaust and gunpowder. The thrill was like the movies!
