I don't know what you used before as medium? Your plants look pale, I would advise checking you pH, as pale growth is a common sign of pH being off. Also, my old roommate had pale growth with Version 2, and eventually stopped using it. Now his plants are doing excellent. Version 2 is not accurate or consistent. They should have stuck with tbe original formula, it was way better than version 2. I had a bag of it and they said you could make a liquid concentrate from it. That didn't work, it wasted 3/4 of my bag. I wish you good luck. Peacez slowandeasy

I use the v2 up till flower and have excellent results. You can actually mix it with water for a more consistent mixture. Just takes about 5 days in cold water to dissolve. I mix it with a gallon of water and place it on dryer to warm it up and by day 2 it's ready.
