Defoliation wk 3 and 4 flower

Hi all.

I'll post here as I feel like a newbie but simply because I've not much experience with Auto's

My plants are getting a but crowded and ive 2 at 31 days and 1 a wk earlier at day 24 and her leaves are just to big.

Is it safe to defoliate an auto at this stage or should I just leave things as they are

I think you'd be ok to take a couple here and there. Do it slow and maybe just a few at a time, less stress than all at once.

Yes you can , I do it all the time , start with the big fan leaf's at the bottom that are shaded , they are only taking nutrients As DCLXVI SAID slow 2 or 3 at a time every other day . Once you get used to it you can go right up to 2 weeks before finish , I do . In the photo you can see where I have taken some of the bigger leaf's off , it was done around week 6 . The more you understand your plant the more you can take off .
