I think it's what you know as a plastic cup just buddy.. I'm in the UK as well and their just plastic cups round here.. they hold less than half a pint lol like 250ml or something.. I assume that's what we're using.

it makes a substantial difference in size of cup a standard solo cup here in U.S.A. is 16 ounces. or for you cannabis folks 454 grams. 
..as far as I Know...you are Okay...
