Question...do I have to start it in a solo or can I use a rapid rooter or rockwool cube to start them? As you know when you plant a seed sometimes they grow to tall and have to be burried a bit. So is start in rapid rooters and transplant to solo cup.

The concept is to grow a strain soley in the Solo Cup, The roots must be contained in the container and can not be used as a net pot for hydro style grows. So if you start like you normally do and place in solo so roots stay contained you should be good to go.

nope i wont be on the cookies this is a solo cup only comp left a few inchs of room incase she wanted to get leggy the ones in back are photo periods so they will get repotted
