It stops the plant from up rooting itself. Use an anchor at the base to pull in the opposite direction u plan to bend the top over. So anchor pulling left and to bending to the right. I'm not trying to train that plant persay but @Bailey is spot on brother
Gotcha!! Thanks Pete!! You had the anchor sitting right above soil. Some others had it at around 1 or 2 inches above soil. Does your set up have better advantage than others?
