I've been lurking here for a long time and decided to register.
So first of all I would like to thank you all for so much information in one place!
I'm building a small COB DIY light for a small tent (3sq/ft - 50cmx60cm - 150cm height) [Max 2 plants at a time].
My budget is around $100.
After reading a lot I decided to go for:
COB: 2 x clu048-1818 3500K
Driver: Mean Well ELG-240-C2100A
(i already have the wires, heatsinks, frame and etc)
Most of the time I'm going to work @ 60W-75W@ per COB.
But I prefer buying a stronger driver for later use in a bigger tent.
What do you think about that?
