How many plants in those surface areas? Those look killer, I wonder how long they will go with 3-6 plants? In your heat?

excellent work P&Z.

The vertical drum 2.2sq.ft. I would put 4 plants in it. My guss (½ gallon a day) they would go at lest 10 days may be longer.

The horizontal drum 4.86sq.ft. I would put 8 plants in it. My guss (1 gallon a day) they would go at lest 20 days.

Is there any overflow holes? just in case it rains right after you fill it up...????

I now have 9 total of the 30 gallon and 50 gallon drums.
Not sure when I will start to convert them or not.

Started a 30 gallon self watering barrel.

I took a second pot and cut the bottom out to use as mold for marking my lines to cut.

Place the 2 gallon pot on top of the base to trace with a sharpie.
