Bushes Best Traditional Refried Beans, Homemade Turkey Chorizo, Goat Cheddar and corn tortillas burritos for breakfast.

The chorizo is a blend of chili powders, California, Ancho, and Gebhardt's, Cumin and Mexican Oregano, Red wine vinegar and salt. Mixed into ground turkey. Cook wit a little bacon fat until it fries a bit to bloom the chili.

Healthy eating tonight with a fresh garden salad, fresh farm eggs from our chickens (hard boiled), shredded smoked chicken from what I made earlier and some leftover bacon from lasts nights dinner. I kinda overdosed on the thousand island dressing but everyone else used Italian, Blue Cheese or Ranch.

It's like a Mexican Bolillo roll that are WallyWorld sells. They are soft on the inside with a slightly crispy exterior. If you took these and dipped them in
enchilada sauce and seared them on the griddle they are fabulous.
