That “Bavette” looks awesome Bobby., never heard of that. Looks kinda like picanha. I take it your egg is killing it. So easy. I just scored a couple sick steaks and a pork shoulder today. I got a matching pair of 12oz thick cut Prime steaks, an aged ribeye and a regular strip. I’m gonna do em on the Kang for sure. They are gonna be insane I hope.

Buddy invited me over to his bbq. Didn’t stay long as I’ve not really been in the mood to leave the house and kept myself in my room. But he did good with bbq lamb, beef brisket, pulled pork with fixings. I hated that I ate and ran but when you don’t feel comfortable and need out.
Wife and daughter made this dinner as I’m not being of much help lately. Mustard rubbed and seasoned spare rib racks, one coated in green tomato jalapeño jam and other sweet baby rays bbq. Grilled sweet corn
July 4th they dragged me out of the room to try and cook. Sauté onions and smash burgers on the griddle, toasted the buns in the leftover grease. Not my best making food and back to my room.
Broccoli chicken cheese soup, Shepards Pie and leftover soft tacos.
Prepping some carne asada for the grill later
