Pork loin chops cajun seasoned with coleslaw and angel hair butter herb pasta.
Friday nights dinner of New York strip steaks, corn on the cob, baked potato and garden salad.

I BBQ some pork loin bone in chops tonight but no pictures. I was too hungry to think about it. I replaced the wheels on the sliding glass door today. What a damn mission. 3 hardware stores and nobody had the correct replacements. I ended up drilling out the axles old wheels and replacing them in the adjusting mechanism. Sure a lot easier to replace the whole thing. I must have looked at 30 different replacements and none of them were close. At least they had a universal wheel kit!

Oh hell yes!I was down in Biloxi Mississippi and I just had to try the red fish Orleans!! its top with crab meat and shrimp.
