Drooping before lights out

Thanks for the info! Do you keep the lights low at the start of the grow when they are seedlings? My light has been about 20 inches from them. I’m worried they are so short.

I think you could raise your lights to encourage stretch. 20” won’t likely leave them searching for more light

Each time I've started either with the KindLED or Autocob lights I always start at 36" above the seedling.

... look at what your manufacturer recommends, usually they offer guidelines according to the output strength of the light...36" sounds right,....
