Ducting acoustics

Best ducting for noise reduction. Looking at an S&P tds 250m3 fan, any thoughts on fan. Help choosing ducting appreciated. Saw 100mm silver corrigated stuff with wool stuff and another cover.

so I’ve also tried to find the best isolating duct specially for noise control and came across with this,

and I’m pleased with it, just wish I could wrap my vent into it as well
