Francine will most likely grow more balls. Which you could keep removing and probably get some bud from her, but Allison will probably end up getting pollinated too.. can you put Francine somewhere else?

Seeing as you only have 2 plants going, I wouldn't chance it personally. I just gave you a suggestion for saving her because of your comment lol, but Hash knows his stuff. Depends what its like where you are?... you probably still have to feed it though outside. And protect it from wild people and animals
