If "Tyrone Special" is helping medicinally, then we need to get you what's left at seedsman.com. They do have stealth shipping to just about anywhere. Should I assume that seedsman.com would cause issues with customs? Worst case, you and try Mephisto Genetics's Green Crack & Sour Crack as @Spanglish mentioned since they are the parents of Tyrone Special. One or the other strain may even be better.
 
The most medicinal strain I have grown from Mephiayobis without doubt Northern Cheese Haze.
