Hi, I’ve got my carbon filter inside the tent and then ducting to the fan on the outside of the tent, I’m wondering can you then connect more ducting to the exhaust side of the fan and put that back in to the tent through the bottom vent hole to keep airflow moving ground level? I’ve got an oscillating fan in the tent already but just wondered if that could give some extra airflow ?

It would in theory. And I don't ask to be mean but to direct a line of thought.
Why do you have an exhaust fan? Everyone I talk to (me included) use em to get rid of hot air while drawing in cool air. The carbon filter is there to kill the smell because most of us run ducting to the outside. The passive intake of cool air is usually enough. As far as air flow through the plants 1 or 2 oscillating fans are good as you want a nice gentle breeze instead of a hurricane. It helps with getting rid of moisture build up from transposition and strengthens the branches/stalk/limbs of the plants. Just my 2 cents worth. It's your grow, grow it how you want it.

IMO, not a good idea. Your plants need fresh air for a CO2 supply, and if you recirculate used air, they will starve. Deal with air movement inside the tent with extra fans. I use both 110v ones and computer fans in my 2x4.
