Exhaust

Regarding the filter and exhaust, do you run this 24 hours per day from seedling to harvest, whether the lights are on or off?
As soon as I drop seeds into pot, my inline fan is on around the clock. I don't run my 6 inch clip on fans for the first week to two weeks.
I rarely put a humidity domes over my seedlings. I deal with low humidity and probably should use a humidity dome.

Do you put your ungerminated seeds straight into the pot? This is what I want to do to keep things simple without any transplanting.

Most of the time I germinate using a shot glass to soak seed 12-24 hours, then into paper towel or a coco pellet, then to pot. If dropping seeds directly to medium is what you are comfortable with, then stay with it. It's perfectly fine.
