Your plants may be showing sex but they are not flowering yet. It would be better to see the plant in natural light (5000K, Daylight) and turn the grow lights off.
When your plants look like this it is time to do a transition week of 50% Veg and 50% Bloom.
Then the following week just the Bloom schedule.
