As I said first time grow so everyone I think I know I’ve just read off the internet at some point! I’ve just come on for some advice really! If you can see any major health issues with either of these plants & do you think my small one is even worth having & how much roughly would I get from it! Started flowering about 2 weeks ago now

I think you've done a great job so far with what you've got.. on the subject and with no offence.. I think your light is the problem.. I don't think it's strong enough to grow the type of plant you're after. How many watts does it pull at the wall?? 3.8L pot is small. I use 3L airpots and get fair enough results.. 2/2.5oz per plant but that's using quite a powerful light and with conditions pretty good full time plus I've been at it about 6 years.. That said.. I'm not sure a bigger pot would have made a difference here.. I think u need more light m8 and that's just being honest.
Brilliant thanks for your honesty mate! Obviously it is my first time & I didn’t want to spend massive on gear when I didn’t no exactly what I was doing! I’ll invest in a better light after this grow! Did you see the pictures of my other plant?
Understand completely brother.. think we're all like that at the start but in my opinion you can grow fine.. u just need a stronger light and I'd be confident you've got the skill/knowledge to pull some quality weed.. you don't have to break the bank.. if u want a recommendation to keep cost down u will not beat a Spyderfarmer SF1000 in your space on my opinion.. I use a Skyline 400 and a little 100 as well.. great lights but a bit dearer.. there are loads lights out there.. do a bit of research and you may get a bit of AFN discount if it's a vendor that's on here..
As for your other plant.. I'm not sure what happened.. I have to think if it was an auto it would have made some effort to flower long before now.. I have a feeling it ain't gonna do anything for ya and may be a photoperiod plant.. just my opinion.
The best advice I can give u is this..
Get a better light.. doesn't have to cost a zillion bucks but read read read before u buy.. try and check out some grows using the light your interested in.
Get a pack of seeds that your sure are autos.. at beginner grower level I would recommend any Dinafem auto you like the sound of.. they're strong and very forgiving.
The small fabric pots will be fine with a better light and I'm not sure you could do any more than 1 bigger pot in your tent.. 2ft X 2ft is it? But something to think about..

Cheers mate all taken on board & im going to start looking into new lights now! I’ll keep doing what I’m doing with them & see how it goes! It’s strange because they both started at the same time but the second one just look AGES but now is finally taking off, just a slow starter maybe! I’m LST on that one hence why it looks a mess at the moment! Hopefully in the next 2 weeks it starts to show some pre flower

Ok so just gone 10 weeks.. your girl that's flowering I'd see how she looks in a other couple weeks.. the other girl as well although if I'm honest I'd scrap her as a non auto if she doesn't do something major in that time.. i can't think of any reason why she would be so far behind if she was an auto and was going to flower.
Just my 2 bobs worth matey.. hopefully others can give a few thoughts.
