FLOWERING or VERY LATE VEG???

Hi peoples
Hope we are all well n good.
4 weeks and 5 days into my first grow, she is still alive, may not be the best looking plant I’ve seen but she’s all mine and still kickin on . Just needed to know if she has started flowering yet or just very late veg, there have been many pistils popping up for the last three or four days now and not really doing too much else, I don’t have headroom to let her get too big,. Any pointers , do and dont always appreciated from you guys.
WARNING : photo contains images of bush lmao. Bushy strain indeed and I haven’t ( dont really want to defoliate ) only dead leaves and a couple of her bottom. Very tight nodes and short from the get go, I put that down to nurture not nature, learning everyday and enjoying the ride.
