When I get done with my garage makeover I'm thinking it would be best to fit a rigid foam insulation board under the tent to protect plants from the cold concrete floor..

I don't think it could hurt in the winter, but in the Summer, I'd remove it.
I had one under my tent for a while. The blue foam kind. Put a piece of plywood of something over it since the insulation gets crushed pretty easy and put the tent liner on top of that
