How often are you all watering seedlings in auto pots

I am going at them out the gates at 1g per gal megacrop. First feeding tomorrow figure I'll know right away if it's going to kill them and I got time to germ more

seedling is upto 14 ish days ?
1L airpots more or less everyday.3L pots every 2nd day.6L every 3rd day.
very airy soil.and i tend not to give much of a pre soak.i go by the lift up pot method of when to water.

I have been hitting them with a spray bottle water an greenleaf algea 3-4 times a day seedling and surriumding soil. Tomorrow will be 1st true watering mc 1g gal
