I let my critical purple just grow, no LST no nothing. Should I just let them go to town right til the end?

Personally I'd clean up the undercarriage. Reduce the amount of nurfle nugs and let the energy go where it makes more of a difference. Not much of anything worthwhile gets made after 8 to 10 inches of canopy. They look nice!
 
@ferrarosnose Indeed it looks happy for sure!

@Arthur Many new hybrids will produce substantial buds in the bottom of the plant. They need good lights to perform. I grew a SS StarDawg that had amazing buds all the way to the bottom.

So it is not a hard fast rule like it used to be to trim lower buds. I do trim underneath for air flow.
