i agree its only woth doing if you have a min a oz material i normally run about 100g mixed bottom buds and sugar leaf and just any small bits i get from trimming from multiple harvests i just freeze it even for mths at the time in fact my wife went mad as i stunk her freezer out lol with it all
Ok, I was in a little rush my wife was almost home trying to finish prior. That is a good idea will try that next time. Although I just bought a paint scraper and it worked great. Hard to pick up bit put it in a nice pool and then got up. I have a couple in there at different stages so couldnt put the ptfe in it's to big lol. So I got a question, as long as bho is getting a "muffin" it still has butane in it correct? The WW I thought was done is still rising, but it's been in over 100 hrs. Going to take me a little bit to get the purging down till I know when it's done. I cant wait till I have a full run and I can trip out watching my party muffin up and down lol. It will be like sniffing magic markers and watching screen saves hahaha.
I just got some ziplock 1gal freezer bags that you put a hand pump on and vacuum. I use to use sandwich bags wit it to seal bud before I had jars. Saw them on Google and bought for next harvest, then will go in a plastic Tupperware in freezer. I hope it holds the smell lol.
it sounds like your not getting all the main butane out before you put it in the vac leave it till there's virtually no running as mine muffins only at the start and im just carefull not to get it stuck on my chamber roof and just watch vids on utube when to scrape ect
No it's not runny, I wait till all bubbling stops. Wasnt doing anything so i collected it and put in glass jar. You can see them in pics. But after I put back in it started to rise again. Yeah, muffin was only in begin. I doesnt rise every time, this last time it didnt do much. Seems if I leave my pump going my gage goes past 30 to like 35 and that's when I see it really rise. May have had a little in there and being in a 5ml glass jar had more reaction due to less space??? If I can get it to do it again I'll send pic.
Ok, I was goi g bigger so it could accommodate a range of sizes and it's cheaper than the 9" one lol. I dont have anything that goes low enough with consistent heat. It has tape to attach but dont have to. On Amazon it said something about any size could be used together but on their site said use same size. My bho is a little hard, not solid but almost. Wonder if it's from being vacuumed for to long. I wanted to shorten time needed to purge, this seems to give a better cleaner result. Seedling mat just not hot enough. Also GC has bad taste dont think its butane was only like .5g in chamber for 96hr+ thin layer. Some said maybe suffer to winterize with a couple older pennies(older than 1982) but I have no idea idea how sulfur could have got in my bud. It got to tall grew into my lights and burned most of all the trichs off. Took to long to switch got to big for tent that's why I was blasting to get what ever was left. Same thing with WW but just ran out of time on that 1 much more trichs. I got 1.5g of that. Doesn't taste bad just a little harsher. Any ideas on that?
i smoke mine on a firefly 2 and its the best vapouriser out there for concentrates its a convection vape so no burning if you were ever going to buy one it would be in my top 5 also another thing i dont think the purging time will make it harsh but a lot of people do winterize it to get all the plant out of it
