Grow time

Will autos take longer to mature in a 5gal bag as opposed to a 3gal. Any help greatly appreciated
The belief is that pot size contributes to plant size, but I have never heard that it contributes to length of life/maturity.

No not necessarily. Maturation is based on numerous factors like genetics, light cycles, nutrition, and plant stress. All of these factors individually can shorten maturation times and cause a plant to mature faster, which in most cases means smaller yields. The main factor is genetics if everything else is in check. Breeder times are usually shorter than what happens in real life, but usually are only a max of a few weeks off.
