No, that is smart. I've done it before and boy did it help after having to put down one of our previous pets. We recently had to put two down but are waiting this time to see how we like vacationing without pets. I wouldn't be surprised if we end up with a new rescue after Thanksgiving vacation. I am very sorry for your loss. Pets are definitely a huge part of family.

Sad times. Sorry to hear about Rolo. Your new pup is a beauty and should definitely help with the loss. Can’t imagine losing my little Romeo. He just turned 10 years old and has been the best

Thanks Guys.. y'all get it. The puppy did exactly what I hoped it would and mended a few broken hearts, the sadness for losing Rolo hasn't disapeared.. just managed.

Wife and I are heading north today at noon, rented a Log Home in New Hampshire just off the Kanc'. Take in some color and show her around some of my old camping area's. Looking fwd to Dinner tonight at KC's Rib Shack in Manchester NH.. place looks like a great time.

I have a sitter for the Growage, i expect to see sex upon my return on the 5 Tangie i recently switched to 12/12.

Have a great trip! Hopefully the rain holds off and the temps stay up. A few months ago I took my 2 kiddos to Santa’s village and last year we went to story land up in NH. Every time I leave I spend a week after searching for reasonably priced listings. Such a beautiful place. Enjoy!!

Trip to New Hampshire was great, hated to come home.

So lets recap, bought a pack of Crockett's Tangie.. 5 of 12 germinated. Of those 5.. one female. I selected a sativa leaning male with good internodal spacing, and thinner fan leaves to be my pollen donor.. let's see how my first seed run goes.

I somehow mixed a strong feeding to my Night Owl genetics and burned them pretty good, straight water feeding a few times and just recently started adding nutes at ~1.5g Megacrop 2.0 to a gallon of tap. Guess my mind had been elsewhere lately.

I need to order some auto beans, hoping Mephisto has things squared away and can hook me up.

Quick update this am of my first seed run. My single female Tangie and the male I chose to pollenate her. Pollen everywhere in the tent, i'll let it sit for another week and pull her.. clean up the tent. Chopped the top of the male and shook it over the female for a last dusting.. and tossed the male in firepit.

Roughly 6 weeks flower on the pollinated Tangie, no beans showing themselves yet. From what I read in a search i'm looking for open seed pods with nice marbled seeds showing.. that's when i'll take her. We have a cold snap coming through here, i had to pull the autocobs in favor of HPS for the heat.

The temps are horrible! Hopefully it’s a quick slam and back to the 50’s for another month.

Hope you enjoy the new machine too. I run mine as much as possible. Makes for a nice easy resin harvest.

Harvested both tents, the second tent with HPS over Night Owl genetics was cut first.. and apparently i didn't take enough precaution against pollinating as they are seeded.. one heavily. The single Tangie I intended to pollinate was last and is now hanging. I learned the dangers of open pollination in a room with two tents, next time i will collecting pollen and selectively hitting branches.

I have hundreds of seeds already in storage, Wizard's Apprentice x Tangie.. Zamaldelica Express x Tangie. I'll have to find a place to run a few of these beans outdoors somewhere.. see if it's worth continuing this cross. I can just imagine how many seeds of the Tangie x Tangie i'll end up with.

Next runs have been started, 4x Mephisto CDLC and 4x SOS Sweet Tooth. Thanks to @stan_mephisto for helping me out with getting some beans prior to their CC option being reissued. I seem to always have issues ordering off their site.. Stan took the time to get me a small order to my door. I was hoping to order for BF but i couldnt get an order in.. went Camping with my son instead.

Think i'll install 4x autocob's into my smaller Gorilla tent for the CDLC, bump up to 1K watt into the larger.. see if i can keep manageable temps.

There is an event in Springfield Mass in Jan, hoping to attend and pick up some beans and possibly an elite cut or two.
