Yeah you should wait at least 2 weeks before turning on the autopots to let the roots get established first, as I said I usually hand water for first 3 weeks. As for how frequently to hand water that really depends on the amount you're giving them... I've been doing around 500-600ml every 3-4 days.

Update: Day 22
Alright well I got a bunch of stuff done today... I've got the autopots and airdomes hooked up now, filled up the res with about 15L to start and mixed up the nutes at 1.5ml/l + cal/mag as per usual (this is also the point where I stop using voodoo). I've also added in the second LED (Apollo 4) and have set the light schedule to 20/4 now (was running 24/0 initially to keep the temps up). So all systems are a go, full speed ahead... expecting to see explosive growth over the next few weeks.
Here's how my setup is looking currently.
Both plants are looking nice and healthy are coming along at a good pace with the Blackberry continuing it's vigorous growth, now at 9" tall. GSC still pretty squat at 5". Also the GSC showed sex a couple days ago but still waiting for the BB to flash her stuff
