Help me read my ec meter :)

You may have seen my first grow diary. If not, head over and take a look in the new growers section.

Could anyone shed some light on my ec meter reading. I see people on here saying their ec is 0.3 or 0.5 etc....

But my ec meter reads the following -

I've got that meter as a spare now your on ec setting you can also use ppm but ec is best so your strength of your food is the ec and depending on plant age is that what your asking

Hello St Tom. Thanks for the reply.

What I'm trying to determine is what this reading means because I see eveyone else saying their reading is 0.3 but mine is not sisplayed in that format. It says 160.

Im confused haha.

Those inexpensive meters leave the decimal point off of the display? They assume you know that the first digit is the whole number.

that's correct 0.16 were the others were saying there's was 0.30 or 0.50 them meters are a bit stupid
