Grow Mediums Help needed amended my soil but no root ball created

I was wrong I thought I had been using cocoloco, but I looked and all my bags are happy frog, a few ocean forest, and some big roots.
That's the old used soil I have reused a few times now.
I am thinking about leaving what I have and try adding the fox farm bottle kit to make it work. Your thoughts ?
I will try to start fresh next time if I learn a new method.

If your talking about the soil you described in this post NOOOO. If its brand new both of them are amended with nutes and happy frog has humic acid and myco in it already. But if its that reused soil. If theres stuff planted follow the feed guide I posted in my earlier post. But if its just soil you wanna try using again, go on youtube and look re amending soil for reuse
