sorry mate they come with there own power supply either built-in or separate from them i just thought you may get better results as I've only ever started seedlings with CFL bulbs is the cfl a blue light or red as ones for veg and the other is for flower if i remember right

It is a dual spec so can veg and flower

ok brother tag me occasionally I'm very interested in what yield you get but least you can get the light close to your plants
