So Mark has got back to me on the wooden packaging and I guess Canadian and United States customers don't qualify for the wooden boxes when ordering.
Just thought I would post in case some people were looking forward to them.
When I win this contest I am gonna request them.
Edit: Just U.S. customers because of customs. Canadian paid customers will receive according to Mark.
