I'll get back to you in an hour or so with the make and model once lights are on bro I empty it maybe every 3-4 days to water the small chili plants i have in the tent too lol.

Sorry buddy, it's an unknown strain, A friend gave it to me after she germinated some seeds from some smoke she bought. It's possibly Gelato but that's at a guess.
