Humidity ( moisture absorbers )

Hi guys . In my tent is really high humidity, like 80%. Anyone ever tried these moisture absorbers, or wardrobe hanging dehumidifiers ? Do they work ?
I'm a noob as well, but live in the southeast with high humidity. Also in the same boat as you. Growing in a 4x4 tent in a basement bedroom and venting outside the room into the house. My central HVAC brings the air( and smell) upstairs and lowers the humidity some with the AC. I bought a 50 pint dehumidifier and put it in the room with the tent. My basement is 1250 square feet.
You will have to move it around a little in the room to see what works best for you as it will raise the temp and can lower the humidity too much! I have to angle it to blow some of the dehumidified warm air out of the room. Dehumidifiers are loud! so keep that in mind. Also, get one with a bigger drain bucket if you cant run a drain hose somewhere. I have to empty mine at least twice a day and sometimes it will fill up and shut off before I can empty it causing the humidity to rise
