I use Boveda in every jar that I fill. They do a fantastic job.
62%, just about perfect. Boveda takes all the guesswork out of it.

get the jar to +/- 3% from 62% by burping,then whack a pack in and screw the lid up tight 
have only tried boveda,but i imagine they just about the same thing.buy whichever you can find the cheaper.
