Ideal time to transplant?

Hi good people,
This run I decided to start my seedlings in cups. What's a good rule of thumb as to when I should transplant to the bigger pots?

I am not a transplant guy but I'd say before the leaves reach the edge of the cup. I start mine in Jiffy Pellets. As soon as the sprout is above soil I try to get mine into their final home.

as @DCLXVI says if the leaves reach the edges but I normally do mine before day 10 I recon these 2 were at day 11
