Inbreeding with F3's?

Hi, I have some F3 Stone Dragons on the way.......Will it be worth inbreeding them for seeds? I read that after the third generation 'vigor' will be reduced. Was wondering what y'all thought?

Not a chance of lost vigor in a F3 to F4... some IBL are F16 or more and running strong.

Na you will be good. I am going to be doing this to my MI5 X Purple Kush to isolate the phenotype I am looking to create before I re cross it with Northern lights auto. I will probably go out like F4 before cross breading. I will probably keep the line going on the side too even farther.
