What are they now mate about 14 days from germination?, they look great and will certainly be hitting the rapid growth phase 
Those coal bags sound great and 30l of medium sound perfect to grow big autos like you do

yes mark its day 13 today above ground today :smoking: im thinking im on track like,aye 30 litres is nice it gives me plenty of roots to feed my fruits see,lets see if i can dock them @ the radar station now bach

actually mark this is my 5th auto grow ever,i only started growing autos around 18 months ago,these 2 are doing fine bach,yes they just about kicking into veg here they are today.
