Ya no it can't swivel.. it's just a uv ir far red 1000 led single bar.....szabest....cheap 50$ bar....thought it could help.....

Still dealing with this one plant that tips keep curling up and down.... probably over watered....or to much nutes.... I do the same treatment to the other 2 and they don't have this problem why?????

You could just run a flexible vent from the big tent, and let it pull through.
I'm sure you probably have a piece of vent line. It'd be an almost free experiment, and could save a few hundred.
