The video basically explains that you want to rinse your coco to get all of the dust and small debris out of it and to do two soaks of at least 8hrs each with 7.5ml of cal/mag per gallon of water. Soaking for 8hrs twice saturates the coco with the water cal/mag solution enough that you should have less issues surrounding cal/mag deficiency. So far my plants look healthier than in previous grows. Just switching to flower now so we'll see how things go moving forward from here. I've also noticed that my PH stays much more stable in the Autopot trays.
