Photoperiod Is this a male in preflower?

Hi, I'm in the middle of my first outdoor, first photoperiod grow. I have 2 beautiful plants of different cultivars. One is showing preflower pistils, the other... isn't. Are these pics enough to tell if this is a male plant? If it matters, it is legal to grow here

I can't be sure, but I think I see pistils, if so, it is either a female or a hermie, but not a male. I'm guessing that is is a photoperiod, and will not do much flowering until it sees short day length.

Nice looking plant, if you can get her finished off well, you are going to be in trim jail for a while. :pighug:
