Hey all I've been growing Dinafem Seeds Sweet Deep Grapefruit and am wondering if the one out of the three is ready for harvest? She's gotten pretty dense and few the hairs are amber about 50/50

You can use the pistils color as part of the indicator of when to harvest but it is better to use the ripeness of the trichomes. To observe them you need a magnifier. Most growers us a loupe to look at them. They are really inexpensive on amazon. I use one like this:

IMPO when the trichrome are all cloudy the harvest window opens:

Some clear mostly all cloudy = a cerebral, racy high.

All cloudy with 20% amber = a balance mind/body high

All Cloudy with 40% amber = sleepy time/couch lock buzz

50% plus = over ripe.
