Lighting Is this normal

First time using Led is the light to close it's 12 inches away

Unless it is a very cheap/weak LED I would keep it at least 18" from your plant ...

Don't begin that low. Get that light higher when seeds pop, then roll down to the eventual height for the remainder of the grow.

Hi @diverdown usually we recommend hanging distance from canopy：
germination 24-30inches above the plants
veg:18-24 inches above the plants
flower:12-18 inches above the plants
you can adjust it to a better distance according to their react.
