First time using Led is the light to close it's 12 inches away

she also looks a bit bloated to me aswell bro, maybe overwatered? You don't have to water that much with leds, takes ages to dry out sometimes.
 
Don't begin that low. Get that light higher when seeds pop, then roll down to the eventual height for the remainder of the grow.
 
Unless it is a very cheap/weak LED I would keep it at least 18" from your plant ...
